Return Policy
Due to the collectible nature of our products and our commitment to accurate photography and detailed descriptions, all sales are final except under the circumstances outlined below.
Eligible Returns
We will accept returns only in the following situations, and you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery:
- Item received differs significantly from the listing description
- Item arrives damaged during shipping
- Wrong item was shipped
- Authenticity concerns with the product received
How to Request a Return
Contact us at support@fortunesuntold.com within 72 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item showing the issue
- Photos of the original packaging (required for damage claims)
- Description of the problem
Return Process
If your return request is approved:
- We will provide return instructions and a return address
- For items damaged in shipping or sent in error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label
- For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be returned in the same condition received
- Returns not pre-approved will not be accepted
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Sealed products that have been opened
- Graded cards with damaged or tampered cases (damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photos)
- Items beyond the 72-hour return window
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
