Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $250 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $250 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your package.
All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
Shipping rates are subject to change based on carrier pricing and package specifications.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after the order ships, depending on your location. All domestic orders include tracking information, which will be provided via email once your order ships.
Orders over $250 automatically include signature confirmation for security purposes. Customers may request signature confirmation for any order by contacting us at support@fortunesuntold.com before shipment.
Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories is available with rates calculated at checkout due to higher carrier costs.
International Shipping
International shipping is available with rates calculated at checkout. International orders typically take 7-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging your cards to ensure they arrive safely:
- PSA graded cards are shipped in protective card savers with rigid cardboard reinforcement
- Raw singles are shipped in toploaders within bubble mailers
- Sealed products are packaged securely with protective materials
- All high-value items are packaged with extra protection
Tracking and Delivery
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please monitor your tracking for delivery updates. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other events outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Contact us at support@fortunesuntold.com if you still cannot locate your package.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped cannot be accommodated.
